Products and prices
We do our best to show every product, colour and specification accurately, but the actual item may look slightly different from the photos. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice.
Orders
Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment and send you an order confirmation. Occasionally we may need to cancel an order, for example if an item goes out of stock, a price is listed incorrectly, or we notice something suspicious. If that happens, we’ll refund your payment in full.
Payment
All payments are made online and processed securely through Instamojo. We don’t offer Cash on Delivery at this time.

Warranty
The products on our website don’t come with a warranty from FiveSports. We check every order carefully before dispatch, and if anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, our Refund & Returns Policy has you covered.

All content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to FiveSports or its owners. Brand names such as Cosco, Nivia and Acme belong to their respective owners.
Safe use
Please use our products as intended, with suitable supervision and safety gear. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
