Where do you deliver?
We deliver all across India.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your delivery location. You’ll see the exact charge before you pay.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days in Chennai and 1–2 weeks to the rest of India after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you the courier name and tracking details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made online and processed securely through Instamojo.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it’s dispatched. Just email us your order number. Once dispatched, orders can’t be cancelled.
Can I return a product?
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. We can’t accept returns for change of mind. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Why do I need an unboxing video?
To keep things fair and prevent misuse, please record one continuous video from receiving the package until the box is fully open and the product and its details are clearly visible. It’s required for any return, replacement or refund.
How soon must I report a problem?
Within 1 business day of delivery. Email us your order number, a short description and the unboxing video.
Who pays return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover the return shipping cost.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 6–7 business days.
Do products come with a warranty?
Our products don’t carry a warranty from FiveSports. We check every order before dispatch, and our Refund & Returns Policy covers anything that arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Do you take bulk orders for schools, academies or teams?
