We deliver all across India.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the products in your order and your delivery location, using our courier partner Shiprocket. You’ll always see the exact shipping charge before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery
- We dispatch orders within 2–3 business days of receiving payment.
- Chennai: delivery usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
These are estimates. Occasionally couriers, weather or other things outside our control can cause delays, and we appreciate your patience.
Tracking your order
Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you the courier name and tracking details.
Please record an unboxing video
To protect you and us, please record a video from the moment you receive your package until the box is fully open and the product is visible. If anything is damaged or missing, this video is required for us to help you.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, email us within 1 business day of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video showing the product details, and we’ll sort it out.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it, re-shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.
