At FiveSports, we want you to be happy with every order. To keep things fair for all our customers and protect against misuse, we follow a clear and careful returns process.
When we accept returns
We accept returns only when an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, and an unboxing video showing the product details is provided.
We’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
The unboxing video
Please record one continuous video from the moment you receive the package until the box is fully open, with the product and its details (such as the label, size and model) clearly visible. This video is mandatory for any return, replacement or refund request. It helps us resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
Items that can’t be returned
- Items that have been used.
- Items without an unboxing video, from receiving the package to opening it and showing the product inside.
How to request a return
- Email us at support@fivesports.in, or use our Contact Us form, within 1 business day of delivery.
- Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and the unboxing video.
- We’ll review your request and reply with the next steps.
- Once approved, please send the item back within 1 business day.
- When we receive and check the item, we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we’ll cover the return shipping cost, as long as your unboxing video clearly shows the product and its details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 6–7 business days, depending on our bank’s processing time. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit in your account.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Just email us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled.
